Porya Ghadir completed his undergraduate studies with honors in civil engineering at Semnan University. Utilizing the capabilities of distinguished talents (Elite Foundation), he pursued his master's degree in civil engineering at Shiraz University, achieving an excellent GPA. Subsequently, he entered the doctoral program at Iran University of Science and Technology, securing a place as a distinguished talent (Elite Foundation) with an excellent GPA.
During his doctoral studies, Dr. Ghadir actively engaged in numerous research and executive projects in the field of civil engineering, both domestically and internationally. He successfully completed a study period at the University of Exeter in the UK. Throughout his doctoral program, he received support from the National Elite Foundation, and with an outstanding GPA, he successfully completed his doctoral studies.
In addition to his academic activities, including domestic patent registrations and multiple publications in reputable (Q1) journals in the fields of civil engineering and environmental science, as well as presenting his research achievements at reputable domestic and international conferences, Dr. Ghadir made significant contributions in the areas of entrepreneurship and executive civil engineering.
One of his notable achievements was the establishment of the first specialized accelerator in the field of civil engineering and environmental science in the country, named "Gozar Kish Accelerator." Among the successful startups from this accelerator is GeoMars, which, after completing the acceleration program, successfully attracted investment and is now actively operating as a knowledge-based company in the field of geotechnical engineering (a private joint-stock company).
Dr. Porya Ghadir currently serves as a specialized mentor in the field of civil engineering and environmental science, collaborating with accelerators and incubators. After completing his doctoral degree at Iran University of Science and Technology and a study period at the University of Exeter, he successfully obtained a grant to start a postdoctoral program at the University of Strathclyde in the field of civil engineering-environmental science. With a Global Talent visa in the UK, he continues his entrepreneurial activities on an international scale.
